To change or update your Account Settings (i.e. your profile/email address/password/shipping information/contact preferences), please follow these steps:
If you are already signed in to your eMedCert account:
Click on your name, then select Account Settings from the drop-down menu.
Skip ahead to the Make Desired Updates to Account Settings step.
If you are not signed in to your eMedCert account:
On the eMedCert website, select Sign In near the top right corner
Enter the Email Address and Password associated with your eMedCert account, then select Login
Navigate to the Account Settings page
Near the top of the screen, select Settings just above Enrolled Courses
Make Desired Updates to Account Settings
Edit the information in any of the sections (Profile, Login Credentials, Shipping Address) to update your Account Settings. Select Save for every section that is updated.
Note: For security purposes, we do not let you alter the name on your account. If there is a spelling error, or you need to make any other adjustments to your first or last name, please contact our Support Team, and we would be happy to make this adjustment for you.
